Product Specifications

The product is made up of 2 layers:

• Outer layer: Kraft paper (145 grams/m2).
• Inner layer: PE plastic (85%) + PA (15%) thickness 70 micro (~0.07 mm).

Pump gun:  Pro Air.

Burst pressure resistance: 2.9 PSI/0.2 bar/21k Pa (equivalent to 2000 kg/m2).

Maximum bag insertion gap: 25 – 35 cm.

AAR Level 1 Certified, ROHS Compliance.

Why Should You Use Kraft Atxel Container Insert Airbag Products?

Atxel Container Lining Paper Airbags  are an improved generation from the old Atmet brand. However, with Atxel we experience using a product line with better and more stable quality than Atmet.

Atxel-One Container Stuffing Airbag

First, the supplier changed the thickness of the inner part of the Atxet airbag to increase the air holding capacity of the bag from 60 mic (0.06 mm) to 70 mic (0.07 mm). This change makes the weight of the Atxel cargo dunnage airbag heavier than the old Amet airbag. The average weight of an Atmet bag is 75 grams, while Atxel’s is 81.5 grams, an increase of 6.5 grams (for size 1000×1800 mm).

Regarding the product’s related test table, with the Atxel generation, the AAR Level 1 Certified certification result of the airbag has a standard deviation of 0.052, much lower than that of the Atmet airbag at 0.516, showing that the quality of the airbag is greatly improved, meaning that the product error is almost very low.

Finally, the test results of the bag’s ability to withstand explosive pressure showed that Atxel was better than Amet. If Atmet airbags can withstand explosive pressure of goods weighing about 9000 kg, Atxel airbags can withstand up to 9500 kg.
