What is Lamina Rust-X VCI Heat Shrink Film?

VCI Lamina Rust-X heat shrink film is produced using VCI SMP technology, which is a technology that prevents rust and corrosion on the metal surface of equipment quickly and maintains it for a long time.

In addition, VCI Lamina Rust-X heat shrink film is designed based on cross-linking to increase the durability between molecular chains, ensuring very high elasticity and tear resistance.

The film has a white outer surface and a blue inner surface. The inner surface is coated with a special VCI layer to prolong the protection of the goods.

How Does Lamina Rust-X VCI Heat Shrink Film Prevent Corrosion & Rust?

When using Lamina Rust-X VCI heat shrink film to wrap machinery, equipment, vehicles, etc., the VCI inside the heat shrink film will evaporate to form a protective layer on the metal surface against rust and corrosion.

20% of the VCI active ingredient will be released from the first second and continuously for the first 6 hours of use, the remaining 80% of VCI will be released gradually over 5 to 15 years.
