Step 3: The General Administration of Customs of China conducts discussions with the quarantine authority of the exporting country on risk assessment factors and conducts field surveys from the plantation, harvesting area, packaging area, etc. to prepare for the issuance of the plantation registration code and the registration of qualified export enterprises.
