3. Instructions for using Super Dryer 1000G container desiccant

Step 1: Check and prepare the container

  • Make sure the container is not punctured, has gaps or leaks.

  • Use specialized tape to seal the vent holes, after cleaning the surface to be glued.

Step 2: Hang the desiccant rope

  • Determine the number of desiccants to use based on the instruction table (below).

  • Hang the rope evenly on the hooks along both sides of the container.

  • Work from the inside out , avoiding hanging near doors for optimal dehumidification.

Step 3: Packing and sealing the container

  • After hanging, quickly close the goods and close the container door .

  • Note: Do not leave the container door open for more than 30 minutes after hanging the rope.

  • If the container needs to be fumigated, notify the fumigator in advance that the vents are sealed to avoid having to reopen the container for additional sealing.

4. How to preserve container desiccant

  • The desiccant should be wrapped tightly in a plastic bag , tied tightly and stored in a sealed container.

  • Storage should be at a temperature below 25°C and humidity below 60% .

  • After removing from packaging, use within 30 minutes .

  • If there is any left, quickly put it back in a sealed package to avoid absorbing moisture from the surrounding air.
